With over a decade of experience in the aerospace, defense, and government technology industry, I am a seasoned M&A and corporate development professional with a passion for delivering strategic solutions and value creation for companies. As the Vice President of Corporate Development at Systems Planning & Analysis (SPA), a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners (ACP), I lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of growth opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and investments. I am driven by the mission of SPA to provide timely and objective analysis and integrated technical, operational, programmatic, policy, and business solutions to support our clients and stakeholders. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked with various sectors, geographies, and cultures in the industry.Prior to joining SPA, I was a Director at KippsDeSanto & Co, a leading investment bank and a subsidiary of Capital One, where I provided M&A, corporate finance advisory, and strategic consulting to growth-oriented private, public, and private equity backed companies in the industry. I have particular expertise in space, intel, national security, and technology, and have successfully closed multiple transactions involving these domains. I have also developed and maintained strong relationships with key industry players, investors, and advisors, leveraging my communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. I hold the Series 63 and 79 licenses issued by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.
