Holder of an MBA in International Business from Oklahoma Christian University, a professional career woman with over 12 years experience with expertise in Finance, Banking, Clients' Relationship Management, Marketing, Leadership, managing/leading high performing teams, Corporate Finance, Trade Finance and Project Management. Currently working at Development Bank of Rwanda - BRD coordinating a World Bank Project of US$257 Million for Economic Recovery for businesses hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior joining BRD, Alexia worked at Access Bank Rwanda, a subsidiary of Access Bank Nigeria a large group with presence in 12 African countries, Europe, and Asia. Alexia, throughout her career, has held various positions working with different sectors such as telecommunication, Oil & Gas, Financial Institutions, Construction, Agribusiness, Manufacturing, Mining, FMCG, Health and Education. Proficient bilingual - English and French- strong cultural sensitivity with ability to work in multi cultural environment. Alexia is career oriented and works hard towards achieving her goals both professional and personal.
