About Alexis Bach

I am curious, passionate in agronomy, soil health, conservation agriculture, direct seeding, and innovative farming practices. My goal is to continually learn, explore, and develop new skills to address the evolving challenges of modern agriculture. I want to support farmers by helping them implement cutting-edge practices on their farms and finding tailored solutions to the challenges of sustainable agriculture. I believe the future of farming must combine the hands-on experience of farmers (which I refine daily on my family farm) with the insights of scientific research. The key to solving agriculture’s challenges lies in fostering collaboration across stakeholders in the agricultural value chain and effectively communicating agricultural practices to the wider public. I am committed to being a bridge between these worlds. I am increasingly drawn to entrepreneurship, as it provides an exciting platform to innovate and contribute to the agricultural revolution of tomorrow.
