About Alexis Barbier-Mueller

Harwood Investment Management Solutions : Harwood Investment Management Solutions (« HI-MS ») is a private investment limited company investing in European and American opportunities within the Commercial and Residential Real Estate industry. The firm employs an event‐driven, value‐oriented investment framework with a view to acquiring undervalued, illiquid and complex assets. We invest across the capital structure, focusing on a variety of special opportunities. Our investment strategy hinges on sourcing and unlocking value from complex situations where companies or businesses are facing internal challenges and/or external market pressures. We have a select group of partners that we co-invest with in our projects. Rigorous fundamental research and comprehensive operational know‐how underpin our investment philosophy. HI-MS was formed to close the gap that exists between banks and institutional investors with Real Estate entities that truly understand the real estate market and know how to create attractive returns.
