About Alexis Burns

Howdy! My name is Alexis Burns and I am a 2020 graduate of Texas A&M with a Bachelor's of Science in Plant and Environmental Soil Science with a crops emphasis. Across my work career, I have worked in many facets of industry from the entertainment industry, to customer service, to working down in the dirt in agriculture. In Agriculture, I have worked as a farm hand, a sales representative, cattle herd management, as well as a cashier and farm store manager. In the Entertainment industry, I have worked across many different departments including Accounting, Scheduling, and Customer Service. I handled data entry and organization, bank reconciliations, managing a Covid-19 international refunds project, contacting venues across the country working logistics for the events, as well as efficiently and effectively running the customer service operations on social media for the company. I have also worked as a Customer Service Representative for U-Haul! I like to consider myself a jack of all trades. I'm a fast learner and a hard worker. Math, science, gardening, and animal husbandry are my strong suits. Excited to continue to develop as a young professional and see what is out there for me!
