I am an experienced and passionate Administrative professional and servant leader, with interests in developing people, listening to podcasts, and working out. I am a results-driven achiever who finds value in supporting others, mentoring and training teammates, being a lifelong learner, and improving workplace logistics in ways that will help company performance. With a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, I strive to improve the typical work day by advocating for employee health and well-being, serving as a champion for my direct reports and colleagues, and encouraging diverse, equitable, and inclusive spaces where employees have the ability to grow and thrive. Outside of work hours, you can find me watching Jeopardy! and a somewhat embarrassing amount of reality television, online shopping, and stumbling through my very long TBR list.#MentalHealthMatters
