I graduated with distinction from a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced). My psychology background allows me to understand the human brain on a neurological level and apply those concepts to my people roles. These degrees have also enabled me to critically evaluate and apply the latest psychology research to an organisations policies or strategies. In addition to my psychology education, I completed a certificate in HR Project management through AHRI. The skills I obtained in this course have been successfully applied to my many HR projects.
