Hello! Here’s a fun fact: I began my career in the healthcare field and spent two years exploring nursing before shifting my focus. Today, I bring those essential care qualities to the workplace, determined to make office life more manageable and enjoyable. I'm super passionate about helping create an environment where everyone can thrive! Previously, as an Administrative Assistant at PTC’s headquarters, I supported the Sales Org. of the Chief Revenue Office. I managed various administrative and operational tasks in this role, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Highlights of my accomplishments were receiving the Excellence and Innovation Award for co-planning/hosting the 2024 Regional Sales Kick-off event in Newport Beach, CA, which welcomed over 250 attendees at the Hyatt Regency. Also, leading the décor execution of the 2025 North America Company Kick-off in Dallas, TX, an event attended by 500 global employees at the Sheraton. I have experience providing top notch customer services and assistance in dynamic, high-volume environments. My background includes office administration, non-profit banking, and client relationship management, demonstrating my ability to multitask effectively. I studied business administration in Quincy, MA, while working full-time at MPCU in Boston where I gained valuable skills in business operations, finances, and communications. I am meticulous, goal-oriented, and driven as I strive to always meet the expectations of customers, clients, teams, and businesses.
