Background

About Alexis Cubillo

As a Cybersecurity Specialist at CarbonHelix, I work with clients to assess their security posture, recommend solutions and services, and leverage resources with an emphasis on endpoint detection and response (EDR). I am passionate about building brand awareness, ideating local activations, and creating engaging content for digital platforms. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from University of South Florida, and I am certified in Conversational Sales, Conversational Marketing, and Google Analytics. In my previous roles, I have demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and creativity skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and turn it into actionable items. For example, as a Client Success Manager at Crisp, I managed a 4.5M client roster, upsold products and adspend, traveled to capture content, and coordinated and executed ongoing campaigns. I also helped reinvigorate the loyalty rewards program at World of Beer Franchising, using software like Data Central, Paytronix, Aloha Enterprise, and Facebook Ads Manager. I am always eager to learn more and driven to deliver value to my clients and stakeholders.
