As an ICU Clinical Program Coordinator at Sutter Health, I support critical care units by driving evidence-based practice, fostering staff development, and optimizing workflows to improve patient outcomes. I contribute to the integration of research into practice, lead policy creation and revisions, and collaborate on performance improvement initiatives to ensure quality and safety. My academic foundation includes an MS in Nursing Education from Western Governors University, a BS in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University, and a BS in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology from UCLA, complemented by advanced nursing certifications. Forever a learner, I am currently completing my post-master's certificate to become a Clinical Nurse Specialist.
