About Alexis Eagles

A dedicated professional who understands corporate culture and strongly believes that we all have the power to "be the change we want to see in the world". With over 25 years of progressive experience in human resources, I have held positions in both the public and private sectors, providing a wide variety of HR management services and supporting people at all levels of the organization. In April of 2011 I transitioned to the Coaching Services team with the BC Public Service Agency and I am currently in the role of Organizational Coaching Consultant. My education is primarily in the areas of business administration and human resource management, and I am a certified Business & Leadership Coach with the Government of British Columbia. I am also a certified CINERGY Conflict Management Coach. With a deep understanding of workplace culture, I provide expert advice to HR professionals, leaders, and internal coaches and proactively collaborate with strategic HR teams and other PSA service lines to design strategies and solutions that integrate coaching practices and accelerate leadership development. I possess a wealth of experience providing individual, group, and team coaching services to employees at all levels and now share my expertise by mentoring and developing internal coaches. I am also an experienced and skilled facilitator for numerous coaching courses and "Fierce Conversations", bringing my passion for learning, growth, and development into every course I deliver.
