About Alexis Kidd

Wife, and Mother of two Children. Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL. I am passionate about helping children and families in my community. I started my career in Office Management within a chiropractic health and wellness office, where my passion took off. I wanted to do and see more in the community. I was offered an opportunity to pilot what would be the first Customer Experience Specialist role for Community Hospice and Palliative Care. I instantly fell in love with the mission behind the organization and quickly got to work on process improvement tactics to best improve our speed to care for our patients and families, as well as preparing individuals upon intake with everything they needed to be successful in their role. I was promoted a few months later to an operations lead position where I was able to execute a full training program for all new employees, streamline procedures that aligned with the company's policy's and created multiple process improvement opportunities. I truly enjoy creating structure in areas of need and eliminating unnecessary touch points.
