With over 20 years of combined experience in human resources, operations management, and business ownership, I am a versatile and adaptable professional who can thrive in different sectors and environments. I have a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in human resources, and I am proficient in HRIS, labor and employment law, investigation, data analysis, and software administration. As the Operations Manager at Roslyn Corporation, a residential care facility for the elderly, I was responsible for overseeing the human resources functions, implementing policies and procedures, managing workers' compensation claims, and supervising the care staff. I successfully reduced the overall insurance costs, improved the employee retention and training, and ensured the resident safety and satisfaction. I was the Sales Marketing Manager at Mosaic Management where I leveraged my skills in social media management, photography, and commercial production to increase the brand awareness. I also have a background as a business owner and operator of a photography studio which helped brand businesses locally for 13 years where I developed my entrepreneurial mindset and creative vision. Previous to that my background governmental operations and software administration is an asset where I go.
