Background

About Alexis Pourteau

In the world, all the crops production are a wonderful breeding ground for humans, but also for pests wich have a ferocious appetite. The biocontrol use the interaction between species to control de pests population (parasitism, predation). For INRA (National Agricultural Research Institute) this is « the most serious alternative » for pesticides using. It echoes the Ecophyto plan 2025. As a technical sale, I analyse the agro-environmental issues et propose the mot adapted bio-solutions : fertilization by bubblebees, preventives releases, biostimulant products. Always looking for contact human, I’m convinced that together, a audacious farming is possible through the mix of news technologies and old knowledge. The importance of crop protection in ecological transition is essential. To conclude, I will quote Pierre Rhabi : « The future will be what humans will do with it. Nothing else. ».
