As an engineer specialized in mechatronics, I'm deeply passionate about the public transportation sector. After completing my Associate’s Degree in Aeronautics, I transitioned into road transportation engineering, with a Master of Engineering in Mechatronics. I broadened my professionnal journey with a post-master's degree (MSc) in project management and systems engineering. My expertise lies in managing complex projects, business process engineering, and methods. Notable projects I've led include certifying a technical training center, implementing after-sales services for electric buses in the French market, and spearheading a departmental reorganization. I Also led the impletentation of project management tools within the technical sales department. My professional interests encompass personnel management, solving intricate problems, staying abreast of current innovations in technology, sustainability, and refining customer relationship management strategies.
