My background spans education, event planning, customer service, and nonprofit leadership, with a consistent focus on creating inclusive, impactful experiences for diverse communities. Currently serving at Red Clay Consolidated School District, I specialize in bilingual education and multilingual learner support—collaborating with educators, families, and psychologists to facilitate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), conduct small group instruction, and enhance communication for Spanish-speaking students. I combine empathy with strategic thinking to ensure academic access and social-emotional support for every learner. Beyond the classroom, I’ve led large-scale cultural events, directed after-school programs, and developed student-centered initiatives that celebrate identity and build community. I’ve also managed grant compliance, budget oversight, and data reporting—translating complex information into actionable plans. My customer-facing experience at the YMCA sharpened my problem-solving and relationship-building skills, while my service as a School Board Member and Budget Committee President equipped me with the tools to navigate high-level decision-making and fiscal accountability.
