About Alexis Talledes

I have 20 years of experience as a certified group fitness instructor, personal trainer, manager, director of operations and educator. I also have 7 years of coordinating experience at Workplace Wellness (Sanofi Pasteur), Daybreak Fitness (Bayer), LifeWorks Health Solutions (TELUS) and TriFit (TELUS) where I managed the fitness program and group exercise classes. I spent 9 years as part of Orangetheory Fitness. The first 2 years as a certified fitness coach and for the last 7 years of my tenure I was the Head Coach at Orangetheory Fitness Pickering as well as the Director of Operations. I have also been fortunate enough to be awarded the title of Educator of Orangetheory Fitness Canada where I assist in the development of current and future coaches, onboarding new Head Coaches, and assisting Franchisee’s with their operations (sales and coaches).I am meticulously organized, with an unparalleled work ethic and possess a level of energy that radiates throughout our studio. I have managed fitness centres, successful group exercise schedules and have balanced administrative work all at the same time. I have also had the experience of leading a team of coaches and working side by side with the Franchise Owners to oversee my team of coaches as well as the Studio Manager and their sales team. I have sights on P&L, calculate staff and studio KPI’s and assist in the strategy and growth of the studio. I also work alongside my team performing day to day tasks such as calling and booking leads and maintaining the cleanliness of the studio just to name a few.I have a great deal of passion for fitness and helping others. I am very understanding and patient when it comes to the development of my team and know what is required to adapt to different personalities and how to help them achieve growth and success. I approach every situation that pertains to my staff or our members with the utmost professionalism keeping customer service and the member experience paramount. I always come out of those situations being well respected with my approach to problem solving on an individual basis.
