About Alexis Triplett

Alexis Triplett is an individual who is impacted by Substance Use and Mental Health through a loved one. Her experience allows her to value the need for connection, compassion, and community to aid in the journey of recovery. Alexis is a dedicated professional serving Wilkes Recovery Revolution, Inc, an accredited Recovery Community Organization in the foothills of the North Carolina Mountains, as the Director of Recovery Friendly NC (RFNC). Alexis uses her education from Grand Canyon University and lived experience to be a resource to individuals, organizations, and affiliates to help best implement the RFNC model in different regions across the state. Alexis believes that the problem is in the community, which means the solution is in the community and that helping businesses get connected to the tools and resources they need to support employee recovery and implement a recovery-friendly workplace culture is a tremendous aid toward overall wellness. Alexis is a wife and mother of five. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family. My role is to be a resource to local businesses and employers that wish to become designated as recovery friendly workplaces. Wilkes Recovery Revolution Inc. helps businesses get connected to the tools and resources they need to support employee recovery and implement a recovery friendly workplace culture. Our strategy for this initiative ensures alignment between the diverse sectors and partners involved in this work and implements innovative approaches that continue to expand the support, tools, and resources available to participating workplaces and affiliate organizations.
