Project Management: Manage multiple projects and serve as liaison between creative, project and technical members utilizing JIRA to manage content and record progress; Utilize company compliance approval program (Workfront) to open jobs and manage communications; Develop procedures to keep projects on schedule and to provide efficient and expedited content review and approval. Website Management: Maintain an online content management system (Drupal) to build content on the company’s website for clients; Trained technical teams on the use of the CMS program (Drupal) to help with additional digital design development. Writing/Producing/Reporting: Content development, script writing, editing and story board development.
