Alexus graduated with a B.S. in Communications from Kennesaw State University. When she set out to pursue her degree, she had dreams of becoming a radio personality with millions hearing her voice across the world. Little did she know, millions would hear her voice but in a different capacity. Communication broadened her horizons and provided new experiences that have since helped lead her towards her goal, to help people. Her professional experience thus far has included customer service within the financial services and medical fields. Over the years, interactions have ranged from your everyday, average individual needing medical assistance to mom and pop shops & customer accounts that gross millions. Her voice & service has been the first point of contact for every business she has been employed by. She can cater to any audience. That includes, bank reps, ISOS, inter-department members of organizations and merchants of varying sizes and processing methods (e.g. online gateway platforms, to physical and mobile terminal solutions).
