As a Payer Enrollment Coordinator at Baptist Memorial Health Care, I contribute to the quality and efficiency of the credentialing processes for the providers and the organization. I ensure compliance with the payer requirements, policies, and regulations, and maintain accurate and updated data in the system. I have a Master of Public Administration - MPA with a focus on Human Resources Management from Belhaven University, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in organizational behavior, leadership, strategic planning, and communication. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi, where I learned the fundamentals of the health care industry, such as finance, ethics, law, and quality improvement. With my education and experience, I have developed strong competencies in attention to detail, data entry, time management, and teamwork. I am passionate about improving the health care delivery and outcomes for the patients and the providers, and I am eager to pursue future opportunities in the HR industry where I can apply my skills and knowledge to support the organizational goals and vision.
