About Alexzander Bell

You might look at my formal education and pass judgement on it's sparseness. However, if your business needs top notch QA you'd being doing yourself an incogitable disservice. Software and technology have been my passion since I wrote my own calculator for Windows 95 in C++ as a 9 year old. If I'm not hunched over some electronic device I'm probably asleep. Aside from 5 years of experience testing web, mobile, and API applications, I've also created programs in C#, Java, and Android with the goal to further my capacity to break software. Ideally, I want to work with a progressive company who fervently believes their team and their product will improve the lives of their users. More about me:I love to learn for the sake of learning. If I can apply this interest to my present career I'll do so ad nauseam. As a result, I've been the foremost adopter of iterative improvements to process and personnel regardless of my job title. As our development teams evolved, so too did the demands placed on QA. My desire to remain relevant at all times (and to inspire and mentor my likeminded peers) has led to groups of highly specialized QA being formed who set themselves apart from manual testers. At my present employer, I also developed an approach to testing Android apps that was instrumental in the release of a nearly bug free app. My passion for delivering great products sometimes required me to step outside of the testing role and fill other needs. I've been a key player in implementing agile methodologies and principles for various teams, at times directing our Product Managers towards best practices for establishing KPIs, gathering data, truly understanding business and consumer needs before they decided on what to develop.Fun fact:I'm a huge fan of the derivation of words which usually manifests as double entendre. Like, Archer is the greatest tv show of all time.Common misspellings of my name: Alexander, Anthony
