In my long career at Hess, I have built, transformed, and fixed organizations and assets to run as smoothly and safely as possible. From Bakken to the Gulf of Mexico, multibillion-dollar onshore and offshore assets, and enterprise-wide operational management systems, I have led, I have strategized, and I have coordinated people and resources to accomplish challenging projects. The results have been facilities with enhanced production, safety, and team performance to unparalleled levels in company history. Key to my success has been driving a vision among others, and that has meant mastering the art of dealing with diverse groups of people around the world.
