I love to solve problems that make me spend my time on learning and research activities. From the time when my childhood I spent my time on making working models of machinery which made me good in electricals ever then. When I was 14, I invented ‘Electrical Line Breakage Detector’ to detect breakage in overhead electrical transmission line and to save the energy loss due to the line breakage. For the development of ELBD, I start to put my hands in Electronics. Interest in Thermal Engineering brought me to the Industrial Refrigeration sector. At present, I am working as a Service and Commissioning Engineer, and I like Testing and Commissioning since it is the phase when and where we give life to a Refrigeration system. The life span and reliability of machinery and system greatly depend on the quality of Testing and Commissioning where we put our knowledge and skills. If you are good in Thermal Engineering, you can do anything in Refrigeration. I am actively involved in field support and on-site sales (viz. Troubleshoot, Service, Service and component sales, Compressor and machine Refurbishment, Commissioning, Energy auditing, Refrigeration system performance analysis) in industrial refrigeration system since 2015 and continue handling project over 12 countries all over MENA region and Iran. I concern about energy, in due cause I always go for/ working on the alternative process, sequence methods to save energy in the Refrigeration system wherever I can, and according to me commissioning is the best phase for that. Eventually I have developed ‘Head Pressure Optimizer’ specifically for Industrial refrigeration systems, my interest in programming, product development, and thermal engineering made me achieve it. The controller gives optimum head pressure value and evaporation pressure value to the PLC based on the climatic condition and various factors of the Refrigeration system. Currently working to involve optimum Volume Index in the ‘HPO’ to prevent Over and Under compression by the compressors which are the most undervalued issue in a refrigeration system, finally savings in power. I am ready to help for any support on the Industrial Refrigeration system, like custom-made solutions, best control, and sequence approach to save power for any refrigeration system, components and machinery since up to 60% of a plant’s total operating cost and 20% of world's total energy consumption is accounting with the refrigeration/ cooling system.
