About Alfons Bruning

Over the years I had several operational project management roles in different technical fields. In later positions I have gained experience in project acquisition. With this I can contribute to the entire project process from tender up until project handover to client. I enjoy working project-based with different stake-holders. Raise the project efficiency, quality and financial result to a higher level is always my focus. An independent opinion, perseverance and analytical skills are therefore at hand in my tool-box. My working method is structured and well documented, to keep project overview and more important for feedback on future projects. In addition to the main lines I have an eye for detail. I like to deepen my knowledge in the technical background of the product involved to become a solid sparring partner. As a colleague I am always interested in the person behind my fellow-colleagues. Working closely as a project team provides me energy. Important values for me are sharing of knowledge and an open working atmosphere where colleagues help each other out when needed.
