My Master's degree in Tourism Management and my international work experience in hospitality and tourism have equipped me with a good technical knowledge of the industry. Thanks to my current job at Booking.com, handling sensitive issues/negotiations for guests and partners and providing internal support to the Customer Service, I strongly developed my soft skills, problem solving and decision making, which have been recognized by positive feedbacks/promotions from line management and clients. As a Travel and Sales Agent, I gained the ability to sell, negotiate and find the best holiday/product/solution for my clients. I am motivated and determined to succeed in the travel industry where, given my set skills, I believe I am suitable also for any Tourism/Tour Operator roles.
