About Alfonso Marchetti
Born in Chieti, a charming town in Italy, in 1992, I studied classics in high school while I was playing in a professional basketball team. I moved to Milan in 2010 in order to begin studying Biomedical Engineering. After my Bachelor Degree I continued my studies in Milan and I graduated in Clinical Engineering Master's Degree in December 2017. I'm licensed as an Information Engineer since January 2019 when I passed the government examination at Politecnico di Milano. After an internship at Artexe SpA I joined the Project Management team as a Project Manager in June 2018. Since 2022, I have been managing a team dedicated to Patient Experience projects in Central and Southern Italy. I'm a member of AIIC (Associazione Italiana Ingegneri Clinici) and I own IPMA Italy Introductory Certificate and TOEIC English Certificate (score: 880/990, Level C1). My main interests are Healthcare Systems, Clinical Engineering, Project Management, e-Health, ICT for Healthcare. I'm in love with healthcare, technology, sports, and also some nerd stuff.
