Hey there! I’m Alfred—a product leader who loves solving messy problems, automating the boring stuff, and building tools that actually help people. Currently, I’m at Capital Premium Financing, defining, refining and driving roadmaps while leading Agile teams and shaping product strategy from the ground up. I’ve launched several AI-driven initiatives delivering instant ROI for both employees and customers, and played a key role in evolving our platform from MVP to full-scale production. Before that, I spent nearly 5 years at BetterCloud, growing from technical support to product ownership. I built self-serve knowledge systems, launched early access programs, and worked closely with engineering and success teams to reduce bugs, improve user feedback loops, and keep enterprise clients happy (98% CSAT kind of happy).
