About Alfred Modig

Been working within the hospitality industry for about seven years which provided me great insights regarding customer service and experience. Alongside working I also started my studies at BI Norwegian Business School in 2019. I studied for two years in Oslo, and then had my last year of exchange at Grenoble Ecole de Management.When I started to study, I also started as an intern for the company Staffers. By that time it was a start-up where I started out with easier tasks such as helping and managing the network and users, setting up different flows and creating articles in Intercom.By summer I managed to get employed working with customer success. But since the company was at the time very small, I was involved in lots of different areas which enhanced my curve of learning and broaden my perspective and knowledge. I worked on and off both full time and part time during my studies, and when finnishing up my bachelors degree I went back working full time at the same company.I've had different roles throughout my employment such as customer success manager and business development manager.
