Alfredo Barrios, CEC, CCA, CCE Executive Chef Westwood Golf Club Growing up in California, cooking great food has always been a part of my ethos since childhood. My passion for the kitchen has been the foundation for all aspects of growing and running a successful food and beverage operation. With over 20 years of expertise in leadership roles in fine dining and private clubs, my joy is the lifelong relationships that I have fostered and have had the privilege of developing with chefs and members from around the world. I have had the pleasure of working with industry leaders across the ACF and PGA brands, with services and amenities that meet the highest standards of food and beverage. I am an accomplished, creative and progressive chef, with a unique and delicate approach to classic French and American dinning. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, I am a classically trained chef, who has worked with some of the country’s best chefs, including the celebrated chef Wolfgang Puck, where I had the opportunity to work both at Spaggo in Beverly Hills as well as Wolfgang Puck Catering. Catering red carpet events including The Oscars Governor’s Ball, The Emmy Awards, and The Golden Globes. From my beginnings in Michelin stared restaurants I began my professional cooking career honing my skills in European kitchens, making my career both rich and unique.
