Qualified mechanical engineer with over 5 years working experience on: Electric motors, industrial fans and automotive drivetrain and transmissions; Proficient in providing engineering solutions, new designs, developments concerning project management, covering also fields of fluid dynamics and quality process. Excellent leadership and organising skills demonstrated through my career, with a strong team-working attitude I always played successful roles in my different teams. Currently working for Regal Beloit Corporation in the English plant based in Lincolnshire. I could fancy a new challenge in the R&D deptm. in an international context, with a position including managerial responsibilities along with decision-making on the overall realization of new projects in all their aspects, such as lead times, costs, reliability, ext. suppliers, testing. The willingness to travel on business trip is congenial to my concept of work.
