About Alhad Bhide

Professional experience of over 20 years in Energy Transition, Oil & Gas and Process Industry. Successfully carried out multiple roles and responsibilities in managerial and leadership profile across various global locations. After accumulating initial experience in engineering departments, my career has evolved to gather experience related to the commercial aspects by joining the Proposal and Tendering department. While working as a Principal Proposal Engineer in Technip Abu Dhabi and then being escalated as Deputy Tendering Department Manager for Technip Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, I have successfully managed EPC, FEED and Conceptual studies related proposals of varying value and man-hours. My experience in Project Management as Sr. Project Engineer and Project Manager provided me an opportunity to put to use my Proposal Management experience into Project Execution. My role as an Interface Manager allowed me to utilise my Project Management skills & global experience to establish processes for a smooth multi-center project execution. I consider my key strengths to be - Exposure & adaptation to working in diverse multicultural environments globally- Quickly grasp the requirements of diverse roles and deliver- Consideration to maximize company’s commercial interests in work execution.
