As a seasoned development specialist and non-profit organization manager with a diverse and extensive background in international humanitarian and development work, I have accumulated a wealth of hands-on experience in this field. From leading on-the-ground programs and initiatives to managing complex projects and teams, my skill set has been honed through a variety of challenging and rewarding experiences. Whether working with communities in need or developing innovative solutions to global issues, I am passionate about making a positive impact and am always seeking new opportunities to make a difference.My intercultural competencies and global perspective have enabled me to thrive in a variety of settings, including conflict and post-conflict zones. With 15 years of experience in the field, I have developed skills in project management, program implementation, policy development, building partnerships, strategic planning, conflict resolution, and project development and evaluation. I am also a highly skilled professional freelance trainer and workshops/ conferences moderator, with a strong track record of facilitating and delivering training on both local and international levels. In addition, I have a demonstrated ability to build capacity through the design and execution of effective learning needs assessments and coaching programs.As a child protection, and refugee’s rights practitioner, I was deeply committed to promoting and protecting the rights and well-being of vulnerable populations. I was also fortunate to lead international projects with the ChildHub and UNICEF Regional Office for CEE/CIS Countries, providing capacity building and support to over 200 fieldworkers and trainers in various countries.I am driven by my passion for making a positive impact and seek out new and innovative ways to contribute to the betterment of society, especially in challenging and complex environments.
