Hi, I'm Ali Abdelkader, I am an Infrastructure Architect and SRE. I have a perfect blend of technical and customer orientated focus enabling me to offer reliable and cost-efficient solutions that are in line with business requirements. I have completed my Communication and Electronics Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and did my IGCSE from the El Alsson British and American International School, which acts as a good combination of technical bases and a promise to perform well. Currently with Kyndryl in Brno, Czech Republic, I engage with the German, UK and French speaking clients by resolving queries, educating the clients and promoting the clients’ success by offering tailored approaches and strategic recommendations. My primary aim in any workings is to provide the necessary redundancy and reliability to the systems and ensure that the clients are satisfied with the usage of the designed systems. In the past, I worked for IBM in the capacity of a Storage Engineer and Storage Engineering Subject Matter Expert, focusing on storage environments in order to enhance client’s infrastructure performance, and provide senior-level technical support. I began my pre-sales career at Treetel as Technical IT Pre Sales Manager where I was responsible for carrying out product presentations and most importantly establishing healthy business relations with clients aimed at expanding the company. I am certified on systems relevant to my job, such as Pure Data Storage, Nutanix, and IBM Storwize, among others. With a proactive attitude, I seize every opportunity so that the learning process can be continuous.
