Prior to my current training, I gained valuable experience through a 2-month internship at PetroGas Rima, a subsidiary of PetroGas E&P, where I applied my HR knowledge and skills. During this time, I contributed to impactful projects such as employee document management and job profile management systems using SAP SuccessFactors. I was eager to learn and develop within this dynamic team. Before my experience at PetroGas Rima, I successfully completed a 2-month internship at PetroGas E&P, gaining valuable experience in various HR functions. During this internship, I excelled in: Learning & Development: Supported training initiatives by analyzing employee data, creating compelling visuals, and assisting with identifying training programs. Job Content Management: Maintained accurate and complete job content profiles within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring effective recruitment and talent management. HR Operations Integration: Gained insights into Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Selection, and HR Administration, fostering a well-rounded understanding of HR practices. Earlier in my career, I also completed a training period at Dhofar Insurance Company as a Customer Service Trainee in the Complaints Department.
