I have a degree from MGR Medical University, and post graduate courses in Healthcare Management and Humanitarian & Emergency Response. My core competencies include medication safety, pharmacy management, and customer satisfaction. I lead a team of pharmacists and technicians, oversee the daily operations, inventory, and quality control of the pharmacy department, and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. I also dispense medications, counsel patients, monitor drug therapy, and collaborate with physicians and nurses. I am passionate about enhancing the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of the pharmacy services, and I constantly seek to learn new skills and best practices in my field.
