Strongly dedicated and resourceful HR Specialist with an excellent record of Employee Relationship and Engagement.Having worked in Human Recourses (People Engagement, recruiting and L&D), in Terminals and retail for over 15 years, I have developed a passion for working with people. I have over the years gained proficiency in the areas of HR. HR and Employees Relations, I believe are the greatest asset for an organization and over the years I have worked on my skills to deal with them with empathy and care. I’m currently working as a Senior Employees Relationships Specialist in APM Terminals Bahrain (Maersk Group), APM Terminals is a port operating company headquartered in The Hague, Netherlands. A unit of Danish shipping company Maersk's Transport and Logistics division, it manages terminals and provides integrated cargo and inland services. In my role, I work for all Maersk Brands worldwide and contribute to the development and implementation of Employee and Labour relations strategies, policies, tools, and practices related to the different strategic and business priorities of the company.I love contributing to growth & transformation, assessing the labour feasibility for new locations, identifying risks, and suggesting mitigation actions and, of course, a bit of “Rock & Roll”: supporting local teams and providing them guidance during complicated times such as CBA negotiations or labour disruptions.I have bachelor’s in education and have undergone training in various areas related to HR, Retail, and IT. I am organized and detail-oriented, work well under pressure and deadlines, enjoy working with a variety of people and have a great attitude.
