Senior Project Planner/Scheduler with 20+ years of Canadian and international experience in complex building, infrastructure, and industrial projects. Over the past decade in Canada, I have led planning efforts on national facility programs, highway and bridge megaprojects, and high-rise redevelopments, while earlier work built a strong foundation in EPC megaproject planning/scheduling. Expert in Primavera P6 and MS Project, with proven ability to develop WBS and resource-/cost-loaded baselines, conduct Time Impact and forensic schedule analyses, and perform schedule risk analysis (SRA). Skilled in reviewing contractor schedules, managing interfaces, and ensuring compliance across EPC, CM, and DBB delivery models. Strong background in financial planning—including budgets, cash flow forecasts, and funding schedules—and in integrating project controls with Power BI, Excel VBA, and custom dashboards to deliver clear, actionable insights. Recognized for schedule quality reviews, recovery planning, and practical corrective actions that drive on-time, on-budget delivery.
