Previously, as the Head of Design at Eskandar Ltd, I spearheaded the creative vision and direction of the premium fashion brand, driving business growth and sales while reducing expenditure. I led the design and development of collections across the full lifecycle, from sourcing materials and fabrics to overseeing production and manufacturing.
