QA/QC Inspector Mechanical Engineer with experience in piping,pipelines,pressure vessels,tanks and steel structure (fabrication and erection).Experience in NDT with ASNT-NDT Level II Certifications in Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Visual inspection (VI)-Achievement of all quality activities at the site including check fitup, visual inspection & dimensional Inspection before,during and after welding-Inspecting Sandblasting, wrapping and painting. Working as document control and make reports-Review of Welding Procedure Specification and Qualification (WPS) and (PQR). Piping workshop & Erection -Responsible Tor all aspects related to proect guality assurance and audit control -Support the project management team as construction Manager and maintain daily reports-Familiar with piping isometrics, PID, piping components, piping support, valves, and special piping components-Ensure that the materials are delivered to the site and stored, preserving at a specified laydown area-Support and follow up on-site erection progress and solving problems (If any)-Prepare test packages and make the test pack documents review-FOllow up and make the test package walk down/walkthrough and issue punch category-Familiar with codes and standards (ASME-AWS-API-ASTM-EN).
