About Ali Chappell
With over 15 years in women’s health, I’ve worked across academic research, biotech, and medical affairs—previously serving as Medical Director at both Teva Pharmaceuticals and CooperSurgical. I’m also a PCOS patient, which means my work is both professional and deeply personal. I completed an NIH-funded postdoctoral research fellowship in women’s health, and my research on metabolic and reproductive health has been supported by the Laura W. Bush Institute for Women’s Health. In 2021, that research earned me a grant from the National Science Foundation I-Corps program—a program designed to help scientists transition into entrepreneurship—which ultimately propelled me to launch Lilli Health. As CEO and founder of Lilli Health, I’m building the solution I wish had existed for me: a clinically validated, data-driven approach to managing PCOS and insulin resistance through what I call a Low Insulin Lifestyle™. Our platform combines science-backed education with practical tools to help women take control of their health and feel like themselves again. All views are my own.
