I have a distinguished career spanning over 25 years in both the public and private sectors, with a primary focus on project management, civil and municipal engineering, and construction management. My educational background includes a master's degree with a specialization in Civil & Environmental Engineering. During my career, I have successfully- Coordinated entitlement, plan review, and inspection activities, with a specific emphasis on underground infrastructures. This involved managing and overseeing these critical components of various projects- Developed comprehensive review schedules, allocated work assignments, and supervised and coordinated work activities. I have also managed contract agreements for consultant engineering and construction inspection staff, ensuring efficient and effective project execution- Demonstrated versatility across a wide array of projects, which includes excelling in the bid and award of contracts, managing sewers and utilities, and devising asset planning strategies. This encompasses overseeing the capital improvement program (CIP), utility condition assessment, drainage, box culverts, and erosion control- Performed essential construction inspections, expertly coordinated project deadlines and schedules, and fulfilled the role of a Resident Engineer. My responsibilities extended to tasks like leak detection, Sewer Line Root Control through Chemical Foaming, permits, utilizing e-Builder software, conducting asset inspections, and conducting feasibility studies- Leveraged my skills in hydraulic modeling (InfoWorks ICM) and ArcGIS for precise data analysis and visualization in support of infrastructure projects.
