With over 10 years of work experience in various sectors, I am a co-founder and COO of Humanity, a company that enhances employee experience through talent assessment, process improvement, and employer branding. Having founded Humanity nearly 7 years ago, successfully growing and selling the business to a larger entity in 2022, I have worn multiple hats - shareholder, director, leader and employee. This unique experience has equipped me to look at a business from all angles, lead teams and work in teams, make strategic decisions, and truly see how every decision impacts a business and its employees. I have a strong background in recruitment, management consulting, finance and operations management, having worked with Robert Walters, Ernst & Young, and several public and private sector clients. I have developed analytical, strategic, problem-solving, and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of what motivates people to give of their best. As a team player and an empathetic leader, I am passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment for employees and clients, delivering operational excellence, and driving business success.
