About Ali El Hoss

As a Senior Finance & Administration Officer at Digital North Associates (Dubai), I lead the financial and operational backbone of a dynamic digital consultancy, managing complex project financing, payroll systems, revenue recognition, and strategic administrative functions. I collaborate closely with executive leadership to shape internal policies, streamline operations, and ensure financial clarity across departments and projects. Previously, I served as a Client Sales Manager at ABB France, where I developed and executed large-scale sales and client relationship strategies across multiple regions, successfully managing contracts, negotiations, and project lifecycles within the electrification sector. I hold a Master's in International Business Management from INSEEC MSc & MBA – Paris, where I developed a global perspective on strategy, innovation, and cross-cultural business practices. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration – Finance from the Lebanese American University. I bring a hybrid profile that blends strong financial acumen with operational leadership and international exposure. I thrive in fast-paced environments, value precision and clarity, and constantly seek to evolve through collaboration, learning, and high-impact work.
