About Ali Ghafari

A graduate of McGill University in structural engineering & business administration, Mr. Ghafari is a high-performance professional working in heavy industries for +20 years. During his career, he has consistently obtained successful results through intense personal involvement, significant multi-disciplinary collaboration, and a desire to reach the highest peaks in several specialties including O&G, M&M, manufacturing, telecom, energy and infrastructure both in Canada and international. Practicing primarily as project lead in several capital and plant engineering projects, Mr. Ghafari is known for his leadership, CRM, deep technical knowledge, extensive project management experience and professional rigour. His expertise is applicable in advanced structural design, mineral processing plants, refineries and petrochemical, industrial and manufacturing buildings, telecommunication structures, transmission and distribution power lines, transportation infrastructures (bridges, roads, tunnels and marine). As management consultant, Mr. Ghafari participated in corporate strategic studies and provided advice to senior management in business policy, corporate governance and growth strategies.
