A passionate Structural engineer, with 6+ years of experience in design of Steel Structures for commercial and industrial applications. I have an innate attraction to engineering and the methodical way in which it helps the world solve complex problems. I chose civil engineering as a career path because it tackles some of the largest and most impressive undertakings in the world and at the end, you have something tangible and breathtaking to show your peers. I am passionate about what Steel Structures bring to the table for the construction industry. In a world where reducing environmental footprint is the top priority, steel structures represent the future. Highlights-Structural Engineer with 6+ years of demonstrated success working on critical infrastructure projects with some of the largest companies in the middle east region-Comprehensive experience working with Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Light Gauge Steel structures (LGS) and composite structures containing both. I also have experience in design and detailing of concrete foundations and slabs for PEB structures-Hands on experience in industry standard engineering and design software like STAAD Pro, ETABS, Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, RAM Connections etc-Experience in team management roles requiring planning, coordinating with relevant parties, delegating responsibilities, tracking progress and achieving timelines-Working knowledge of engineering, occupational safety and fire safety codes such as AISC, AISI, MBMA ACI, OSHA and NFPA-Skills in Tender Management, Cost Controlling, Weight optimization, Field operations, Design approvals and Resource Management.
