With over 15 years of experience in Transformations, Shared Service Centers and Outsourcing, I am a seasoned leader and strategist in the field of professional services. As the Head of Professional Services at Vertiv, I oversee the delivery of a wide range of services, including Customer Service, Engineering Services, Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, Sales, and Software Development. My core competencies include building and managing large cross-functional teams across different regions, driving operational excellence and delivering successful transformations, managing P&L and budget, and collaborating effectively across diverse cultures. I am also Green Belt certified in Lean Six Sigma, and have a strong sales orientation and in-depth knowledge of BPO and SSC. I am passionate about leading and driving successful transformations that create value for our customers and stakeholders, while also ensuring that we remain at the forefront of industry innovation.
