With over a decade at EarthLink, I’ve developed deep expertise in customer service, network operations, security operations, technology auditing, automation, systems integration, and cross-functional team leadership. I specialize in designing resilient, high-availability architectures and driving ISP-grade cybersecurity programs that align with global standards and business objectives. My focus is on modernizing operations through automation, safeguarding data, and streamlining processes to boost both operational efficiency and customer trust. I work closely with internal teams and external partners to improve network performance, enhance our security posture, foster innovation, and ensure the long-term resilience of our infrastructure, all in support of EarthLink’s mission to deliver reliable, secure connectivity across Iraq and beyond.
