Deloitte trained finance leader with over 20 years’ experience across a broad range of commercial and traditional finance roles in complex, fast paced environments. In the last ten years I have focused on delivering team, process & system transformation, whilst supporting business partners in execution of their strategy. I am an agile leader, and a natural problem solver. I flourish in environments where I am empowered to challenge the status quo, to improve ways of working and ultimately business outcomes. I strive to lead teams in delivery of meaningful insight; making the numbers make sense to the business, and the business make sense to Finance. I take immense pride and satisfaction in coaching & developing a team; aligning company priorities to individual objectives, and providing a safe, supportive, yet challenging environment for myself and others to thrive.
