I am someone who drives change with a zero-waste approach and sustainable ingredients, while also focusing on closing the loop with a farm-to-fork approach, truly making a positive impact on the environment. By incorporating these practices into culinary everyday practice we can contribute to a more sustainable food system. being climate-conscious can inspire change, contribute to sustainability efforts, and encourage customers to make more conscious choices about their food consumption.I have a genuine passion for environmental and social issues deeply committed to creating positive impacts and contributing to sustainable practices. including environmental conservation, social responsibility, and economic viability. Allowing to identify opportunities for improvement and drive positive change. I have the ability to gather and analyze data related to sustainability metrics to assess the environmental and social performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to achieve sustainability goals. Able to effectively communicate sustainability initiatives and their benefits to different stakeholders,engage with employees, management, suppliers, customers, and external partners to promote sustainability practices and build a culture of responsibility. I am proud to be a member of the Chef Manifesto, a global network of chefs who share the mission of achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through food. Through this platform, I collaborate with like-minded professionals to drive positive change and advocate for a more sustainable and equitable food system. Moreover, I actively support the "Beans is How" campaign, which champions the nutritional and environmental benefits of incorporating beans and legumes into our diets. By promoting these plant-based alternatives, we contribute to a healthier population and a more sustainable planet.Development projects and collaborations all around beans aswell as lots of bean recipes and writing.
